Bhagavad Gita 5.29

Chapter 5 · The Yoga of Renunciation

He who knows Me as the enjoyer of sacrifices and austerities, the great Lord of all the worlds and the friend of all beings, attains to peace.

Context

Knowing the Divine as the receiver of all sacrifices, the Lord of all worlds, and the friend of all beings brings peace. This three-fold understanding covers the cosmic, universal, and personal dimensions—God receives your offerings, governs reality, and cares about you personally.
