Bhagavad Gita 5.26

Chapter 5 · The Yoga of Renunciation

Absolute freedom (or Brahmic bliss) exists on all sides for those self-controlled ascetics who are free from desire and anger, who have controlled their thoughts and who have realised the Self.

Context

For those free from desire and anger, with controlled minds and self-knowledge, liberation exists all around them. It's not somewhere else to reach—it's present here and now for those who have done the inner work. Freedom surrounds you when you're ready to see it.
