इहैव तैर्जितः सर्गो येषां साम्ये स्थितं मनः | निर्दोषं हि समं ब्रह्म तस्माद् ब्रह्मणि ते स्थिताः
Even here (in this world) birth (everything) is overcome by those whose minds rest in equality; Brahman is spotless indeed and equal; therefore they are established in Brahman.
जिनका मन समत्वभाव में स्थित है, उनके द्वारा यहीं पर यह सर्ग जीत लिया जाता है; क्योंकि ब्रह्म निर्दोष और सम है इसलिये वे ब्रह्म में ही स्थित हैं
जसको मन समत्वमा स्थिर छ, उनले यही जीवनमै संसारलाई जित्छन्; किनकि ब्रह्म निर्दोष र सम छ, त्यसैले तिनीहरू ब्रह्ममा नै स्थित हुन्छन्
Those whose minds rest in equality have conquered creation itself. Since Brahman—the ultimate reality—is flawless and equal, those established in equanimity are actually established in Brahman. Inner balance isn't just psychological health; it's spiritual attainment.
जिनका मन समता में स्थित है, उन्होंने सृष्टि को ही जीत लिया है। चूंकि ब्रह्म—परम सत्य—निर्दोष और सम है, समभाव में स्थित लोग वास्तव में ब्रह्म में स्थित हैं। आंतरिक संतुलन केवल मानसिक स्वास्थ्य नहीं; यह आध्यात्मिक उपलब्धि है
