Bhagavad Gita 12.17

Chapter 12 · The Yoga of Devotion

He who neither rejoices, nor hates, nor grieves, nor desires, renouncing good and evil, and who is full of devotion, is dear to Me.

Context

Not getting overly excited by gains, not hating losses, not grieving over what's gone, not craving what you don't have—and releasing attachment to both 'good' and 'bad' outcomes. This emotional evenness is a sign of deep devotion.
