सर्गाणामादिरन्तश्च मध्यं चैवाहमर्जुन | अध्यात्मविद्या विद्यानां वादः प्रवदतामहम्
Among creations I am the beginning, the middle and also the end, O Arjuna; among the sciences I am the science of the Self; and I am the logic among controversialists.
हे अर्जुन ! सृष्टियों का आदि, अन्त और मध्य भी मैं ही हूँ, मैं विद्याओं में अध्यात्मविद्या और विवाद करने वालों में (अर्थात् विवाद के प्रकारों में) मैं वाद हूँ
हे अर्जुन! सृष्टिहरूको आदि, मध्य र अन्त पनि म नै हुँ; विद्याहरूमा म अध्यात्मविद्या हुँ र वादविवाद गर्नेहरूमा म तत्त्वनिर्णय गर्ने वाद हुँ
Krishna is the beginning, middle, and end of all creations; among sciences, the science of the Self; among debaters, proper reasoning. Whatever examines existence from start to finish, whatever leads to self-knowledge, whatever argues truthfully—that's divine.
कृष्ण सभी सृष्टियों का आदि, मध्य और अंत हैं; विद्याओं में अध्यात्मविद्या; वाद-विवाद में तर्क। जो भी अस्तित्व को आदि से अंत तक परखे, जो भी आत्मज्ञान की ओर ले जाए, जो भी सत्य से तर्क करे—वह दिव्य है
कृष्ण सबै सृष्टिको आदि, मध्य र अन्त हुनुहुन्छ; विद्याहरूमध्ये आत्मविद्या; वादविवादमा उचित तर्क। जुनसुकै कुराले अस्तित्वलाई आदिदेखि अन्तसम्म जाँच्छ, जुन आत्मज्ञानतर्फ लैजान्छ, जुन सत्यताका साथ तर्क गर्छ—त्यो नै दिव्य हो
