Bhagavad Gita 6.28

Chapter 6 · The Yoga of Meditation

The Yogi, always engaging the mind thus (in the practice of Yoga), freed from sins, easily enjoys the Infinite Bliss of contact with Brahman (the Eternal).

Context

Through consistent practice, the yogi becomes free from impurities and easily enjoys the infinite bliss of touching Brahman. Notice the word 'easily'—what seems impossible at first becomes natural through dedicated practice. The effort invested eventually yields effortless joy.
