Bhagavad Gita 1.18

Chapter 1 · Arjuna's Despair

Drupada and the sons of Draupadi, O Lord of the earth, and the son of Subhadra, the mighty-armed, blew their conches separately.

Context

Everyone blows their conches 'separately' yet in harmony. This is the mark of a healthy team—individual voices contributing to a unified sound. True collaboration doesn't erase individuality; it gives each person space to bring their full self.
