सर्वद्वारेषु देहेऽस्मिन्प्रकाश उपजायते | ज्ञानं यदा तदा विद्याद्विवृद्धं सत्त्वमित्युत
When through every gate (sense) in this body, the wisdom-light shines, then it may be known that Sattva is predominant.
जब इस देह के द्वारों अर्थात् समस्त इन्द्रियों में ज्ञानरूप प्रकाश उत्पन्न होता है, तब सत्त्वगुण को प्रवृद्ध हुआ जानो
जब यो शरीरका सबै द्वार अर्थात् इन्द्रियहरूमा ज्ञानरूपी प्रकाश उदाउँछ, तब सत्त्वगुण प्रबल भएको बुझ्नुपर्छ
When light shines through all your senses—when there's clarity, understanding, and brightness in your perception—know that sattva has become strong. These are signs of an elevated inner state.
जब प्रकाश आपकी सभी इंद्रियों से चमकता है—जब आपकी धारणा में स्पष्टता, समझ और उज्ज्वलता हो—जान लें कि सत्व प्रबल हुआ है। ये उन्नत आंतरिक अवस्था के संकेत हैं
जब सबै इन्द्रियहरूबाट प्रकाश चम्कन्छ—जब बुझाइमा स्पष्टता, समझ र उज्यालोपन हुन्छ—त्यसलाई सत्व प्रबल भएको चिन्ह मान्नुपर्छ। यी सबै उन्नत भित्री अवस्थाका लक्षणहरू हुन्
